  • Once you have decided to book,

    Click Request Your Picnic button at the top of the page - choose the type of picnic you would like and the number of guest that will attend.

    Choose your date and time for your event.

    To book your picnic pay 50% and then your picnic is secured. The balance of payment is due 7 days before your picnic.

    Once you have booked and deposit is paid visit our Online Store to select your color scheme and any add-ons you would like.

    We will then be in contact with you to get more details on your Posh Picnic Experience!

  • We typically require a minimum of two week notice for a booking. We may be able to accommodate last minute bookings.

    *Last minute bookings scheduled with less than 3 days notice will have an additional $30 Rush Fee

  • Yes, We do! 

    There is a travel fee dependent on the distance/travel time. Contact us for more information

  • We can accommodate up to 36 people at any one time. (For larger groups please contact us for more information)

  • Unfortunately we won’t be able to reduce your package size once you've paid your deposit. Once your booking is secured, the date is set, and we have begun planning. If you need to increase your package, we will do our best to accommodate. (Upon availability).

  • Yes, our complete picnic packages include food. 

  • Unfortunately, we do not refund bookings on the basis of bad weather. We will accommodate location changes (sheltered area/indoor location). We can also offer a date or allow location change of the booking with 3 days notice. Change in dates will be pending availability.

  • Our picnics can be set up anywhere around the Fresno/Clovis area, whether it be a private location (inside your house or backyard) or a public location a park or venue.)

  • Absolutely!  We are limited to color schemes, but our colors are neutral.

    If our color schemes aren’t what you need and there is something you must have, you can request and we will do our best to accommodate.

  • Your package fee is for a 3 hour booking, however you can book for additional time at $75 per hour, arranged upon booking or three days before the event, (*pending availability.)

  • Yes, we are happy to allow you to use the setting for a longer period if availability permits, this must be arranged with us in advance. Please note that a fee may be applicable depending on the amount of additional time required.

  • We understand that life happens. If for any reason you are running late, just give us a courteous call and we’ll gladly wait for you to arrive within 30 minutes.  If you are late…your time still stands as booked, we cannot extend your time. After 30 minutes we will pack up your setup.
